Hello, I'm Flavio, but you can call me Limão. I help teams build multi-agent systems and knowledge bases around one fixed idea: AI that gives autonomy back to people.
When life gives you lemons...
As a kid, I had a friend everyone called "Alemão" (German). I thought it was so cool — being known for something beyond just your name.
I knew it would never make sense for people to call me German. But I loved lemon popsicles, so I thought: "why not Limão (Lemon)?" I tried it. It did not stick. I asked for it. It got worse. That is not how nicknames work.
Years later, I decided to introduce myself starting from the first time I tried to be different. On my first website, I told this story around the idea that "when life gives you lemons...", and for the first time, I let my personality show without a filter.
That website is what led a company — with the ambition of going AI first, right at the start of the ChatGPT era — to find me. They were looking for an AI engineer. They found someone who insisted on thinking differently.
That is when Limão stopped being just an attempt at a nickname and became an identity.
In the end, they did not just hire an AI engineer. They hired Limão.
There is no technology without a product, and no product without people. When people are free to be themselves, they deliver what only they could build.
My product vision

Helping weave AI through an entire company.
- Help design and ship multi-agent systems and evaluation harnesses across the company's products.
- Collaborate on the knowledge bases that ground product and support decisions.
- Support the definition of responsible-AI practices, measured by outcomes, quality, and the autonomy they hand back to the team.
TEMPO
Machine Learning Engineer
Joined at month three, when customer support was still 100% human.
- Helped introduce AI as a layer that backed the human team instead of replacing it.
- Took part in building the multi-agent architecture that carried support through the company's growth.
- This is where "Limão" stopped being an attempt at a nickname and became an identity.

Deep Learning Analyst
The data team's utility player, across dozens of different domains.
- Contributed to short-cycle deep learning projects in wildly different contexts, back to back.
- Moved into AI agent work back in the early ChatGPT era and decided right there that this was the specialty worth committing to.

Internship and undergraduate research while completing a degree in Engineering Physics.
